Food & Beverage
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Must be able to read and follow menus and recipe. Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for all menu items. Visually inspect, select, and utilize only food items of the highest quality in the preparation of menu items. Stock, properly rotate and replenish items needed for service. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment; comply with Department of Health standards at all times. Work the line in a timely fashion and create quality and consistent products for our guests. Ensure final presentation of menu items is up to standards. Provide outstanding customer service when dealing with guests. Perform other related duties as requested
Banquet Server - Part Time
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: set up assigned tables, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to Hotel specifications and group requirements, courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas and equipment. Applicants should have good people skills and a pleasant personality. Must have prior Server experience in catering and or fine dining establishment. Our servers earn base pay plus lucrative gratuities.
Polo Restaurant Server
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables. Ensure proper payments are received for all orders. Assist in the maintenance of the Restaurant area and equipment. Prior experience as a Server is required, preferably in a fine dining restaurant. Excellent interpersonal skills are flexibility with scheduling is required. Must be able to work early AM and PM shifts.
The position is responsible to take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guest, courteously and efficiently according to the hotel standards. Maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
Polo Restaurant Hostess/Host
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, ensuring Hotel standards of service. Assist in preparing the Restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the room at all times. Take reservations and maintain reservation book, assist in monitoring the guests’ needs. Experience with 'Open Table' preferred but not required. Computer skills are required. Experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred.
In Room Dining Server – AM/PM
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms; maintain complete knowledge of all menu items; ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system; assist in the maintenance of the Room Service area and equipment. Experience in Hotel Room Service or Fine Dining restaurant required. You must have excellent guest relations, communication and interpersonal skills.
Adhere to hotel specifications and standards in operating the dishwashing machine to wash designated Restaurant and Kitchen wares, clean and maintain equipment and Dishwashing/ Kitchen/ Cafeteria/ Compactor and Storage areas. Assist in washing pots, pans and other Kitchen utensils/equipment. Complete other special cleaning projects as assigned.
Convention Services Houseman
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, set up designated function rooms to group's requirements in accordance with Hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and working condition of all respective equipment, guest and service areas. This position requires moving and lifting of heavy equipment, some in excess of 100 lbs. Flexibility with scheduling is required. This is a guest contact position; you must have excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience preferred.
Guest Service Manager
Responsibilities: Supervise daily operation of Front Desk, Front Service and Valet Parking staff, Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, and overall guest service while ensuring all hotel standards are being applied, Monitor and maintain the front office systems and equipment to ensure their optimum performance, Interview, train, develop, resolve problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate of staff members, Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff. Interact positively with customers and take action to resolve problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality, Ensure all Front Office standards are complied with and are consistently applied, Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction, Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest expectations, Resolve customer complaints; anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and employee performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality, Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis, Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
Guest Service Agent
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors; provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information; provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls that transpire through PBX. Also play an integral part in assisting with emergencies, (fire, medical, power/system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance. This is a full time position that requires flexibility with scheduling. Hotel experience preferred.
Reservation Sales Agent
Reservations Sales Agents play a leading role in generating revenue for the hotel, You will field nearly all inquiries for transient reservations and must convert as many of these calls as possible into confirmed reservations, After quoting rates appropriate to specific requests, you must obtain agreement from the caller and confirm a reservation, You must be able to follow sell strategy as determined by revenue management; listen and communicate effectively with a wide range of callers; close the sale; and input detailed information into the property management system (Opera), accurately and efficiently. You are responsible for handling group blocks and inputting rooming lists, selling gift certificates, processing travel agent commissions, and proper coding of market segments and corporate accounts. The position is also responsible for providing overall reservations support for the hotel. Prior experience in the travel agency or hotel industry preferred. Excellent customer service and telephone communications skills are a must. Must be able to handle high telephone call volume, and respond to a high volume of email correspondence. Must be organized, detailed and have excellent follow up skills. Must have computer skills; GDS and hotel property management system experience is preferred.Must maintain a positive attitude and tone of voice while communicating with all callers. Must be flexible with schedules and be able to work holidays and weekends.
Housekeeping Floor Manager
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned staff and review priorities. Supervise, train and inspect the performance of all Housekeeping/Laundry/Valet staff ensuring that all procedures are completed according to standard. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Maintain complete knowledge at all times of status of hotel room count, group arrival, VIP’s, special events and knowledge of job responsibility of staff. Complete other Housekeeping assignments as directed by the Executive Housekeeper. Must have prior hotel Housekeeping management experience. Must possess excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.

Housekeeping Room Attendant (Full Time AM, and Part-Time PM shifts available)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Complete other cleaning projects as assigned.
This position is responsible for processing all soiled hotel bed linens, terry and food and beverage table linens by operating all laundry/dry cleaning machinery according to hotel standards; clean, press and finish staff and guest garments. Also responsible for handling guest laundry requests, transporting guest laundry to laundry room and returning cleaned laundry to guest room.
