Director of Security
Security

Manage all operations of the hotel’s Security Department, including but not limited to supervision of House Officers and Supervisors; complete knowledge of building and grounds layout, point of contact with all local municipalities for all fire alarms and emergencies on hotel property; supervise Incident Reporting process for guests and employees; maintenance and supervision of hotel’s fire panel system, security cameras, Saflok system and security radios; chair hotel’s Safety Committee.  Must have prior hotel Security management experience, law enforcement experience and NYS licenses.  Experience working with all Nassau County municipalities preferred.

Line Cook
Food and Beverage

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications.  Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes. Visually inspect, select, and utilize only food items of the highest quality in the preparation of menu items.  Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive and Sous Chefs.   Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
