Food and Beverage Manager- Senior Level

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Evaluate individual employee performance, determines areas in need of improvement or requirements for advancement, establishes goals, objectives and training needs required to achieve hotel standards. Coaches, counsels, and retrains personnel as needed in order to ensure superior levels of performance. Management inventory control, pricing of all food and beverage menus. Ensure staffing levels for all outlets are accurate based on hotel and outlet business levels. Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information. Ensure basic standard operating procedures for all outlets are in place and are in compliance with Federal, state, local practices. (e.g. ServSafe, Responsible Vendor) Ensure all statutory requirements regarding a food and beverage operation, that all licenses, including special licenses, are timely applied for and that the conditions affecting the issues of a liquor license are not jeopardized.
