Assistant Director of Front Office

Responsibilities include, but are not limited it: approach all encounters with guests and team members in an attentive, friendly, courteous and
service-oriented manner. Respond to all guest requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents arising in person or through reservations,
comment cards, letters and/or phone calls, in an appropriate manner. Motivate, coach and counsel all Front Office personnel to ensure
adherence to our luxury standards. Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communications with all team
members, managers and departments. Conduct walk-through of public areas and guestrooms to ensure that cleanliness and maintenance
standards are met. Work closely with Rooms Division departments to ensure efficient and effective operations and to continuously improve
service. Participate in various hotel and departmental meetings. Monitor labor expenses through schedule approval process and ensure
budgeted productivity. Review employee reports including cashier, daily checklists, and training forms. Review and submit payroll for all Front
Office departments. Participate in weekend long Manager on Duty Shifts.

Front Office Manager/Relief Overnight Manager

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, addressing all daily guest concerns in the hotel; overseeing the Front Desk, Front Service and Valet Parking staff; assisting with checking in/out all guests; handle all VIP check ins/out; ensure staff follow hotel credit procedures; train and manage all staff. The ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years HOTEL Front Desk management experience, working knowledge of OPERA a plus. This position requires flexibility with scheduling on all shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays.
