Food and Beverage DivisionBanquet Server - Part TimeResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: food and beverage serving experience should include banquet or fine dining restaurant. Candidates should have good people skills and a pleasant personality. We are looking for experienced highly motivated individuals. Banquet Houseman – Part TimeResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to set up designated function rooms to group's requirements in accordance with Hotel standards, maintain cleanliness and working condition of all respective equipment, guest and service areas. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and must be flexible with scheduling. This is a Part Time position. THIS POSITION REQUIRES CONSTANT MOVING AND LIFTING OF HEAVY OBJECTS (OVER 75 POUNDS). Overnight Stewarding SupervisorResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Stewarding staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the Hotel standards; assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guest; deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and designated areas after service hours of operation in accordance with Hotel standards; complete washing of dishes, pots, pans or other equipment used in the Kitchen, Restaurants or Room Service. Overnight StewardResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and designated areas after service hours of operation in accordance with Hotel standards; complete washing of dishes, pots, pans or other equipment used in the Kitchen, Restaurants or Room Service. Restaurant Hostess/HostResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, ensuring Hotel standards of service. Assist in preparing the Restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the room at all times. Take reservations and maintain reservation book, assist in monitoring the guests' needs. Only candidates with fine dining restaurant experience will be considered.
