One of America’s top culinary talents, David Burke rose to international fame early in his career when he became the first American chef to earn the elite Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Diplome d’Honneur. In subsequent decades, Burke has won many additional awards and impressed viewers as a contestant on Iron Chef America. He is also the creative genius behind several outstanding restaurants across the country, among which we at the Garden City Hotel are proud to count our own King Bar and Red Salt Room, where the pleasure of dining derives not only from the sumptuous food and drink, but the full sensory experience of the signature David Burke setting. Now, as spring saunters toward summer, we are thrilled to announce that, by the end of May, Burke’s Patio Bar will also be open to guests.
