Grand Ballroom
Reimagined by world-renowned architect and designer Robert DiLeonardo, the Grand Ballroom at The Garden City Hotel is magnificent venue and one of Long Island's most distinguished event destinations. Rotunda
Located adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, the luxurious Rotunda room was also designed by master architect Robert DiLeonardo and provides an inspiring backdrop for cocktail receptions and pre-function space.
Grand Salon
The Grand Salon offers all the sophistication of the Grand Ballroom at half the size, and offers a refined setting for meetings, luncheons and receptions for up to 150 guests.
Société Suite
This elegant suite can be separated into three independent spaces or used as one large room for meetings, banquets and other events. The Société Suite also features an 80ft. outdoor terrace overlooking Garden City.
Cotillion
Among our most versatile suites for New York area business meetings and banquets, the Cotillion can function as three individual rooms (each approximately 27' x 39') or as one large suite measuring 80' x 39', perfect for events from 20 to 300 attendees.
Mezzanine Level
Hubbell & Stewart Suites
At 546-square-feet, both the Hubbell and Stewart Suites provide an intimate setting for meetings, breakouts, office space, storage, small receptions and meal rooms.
The Wine Room
Savor a distinguished private dining experience in the intimate Wine Room. At 589-square-feet (31'x19') it's the perfect backdrop for sophisticated soirees, intimate luncheons, and entertaining VIP guests.
The Polo Room
The Polo Room is adjacent to our highly acclaimed restaurant Rein, and can be reserved for both day and evening events. With 625 square feet of function space, The Polo Room can accommodate groups of up to 50 guests and offers an array of technological enhancements including wireless Internet access.
The Patio
Surrounded by fresh breezes and lush gardens, The Patio is the perfect setting for light fare and creative cocktails.
