“The Garden City Hotel is synonymous with romance year-round from proposals and engagements to weddings. Around Valentine’s Day, our guests really enjoy a weekend escape along with Chef De Bruyn’s culinary talents. The All For Love couple's retreat, $399 plus tax, features luxurious overnight deluxe accommodations and dinner. Included are in-room chilled champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, Cupid's pink rose petal turndown service, and, a sumptuous three-course Valentine's dinner (menu below) for two by Master Chef Steven De Bruyn, complete with a glass of champagne and a red rose for the couple, in the hotel's signature restaurant Rein. Availability is Saturday and Sunday February 12 and 13.

The Love and Dreams couple's retreat, $299 plus tax, is a romantic overnighter with breakfast. A full breakfast for two in Rein is served after an evening with luxurious overnight accommodations and in-room chilled champagne, chocolatecovered strawberries and Cupid's pink rose petal turndown service. Availability is Saturday, Sunday and Monday from February 12-14.

Let's Fall In Love at Rein, a prix fixe dinner, is $75 per person plus tax and gratuity. The extraordinary Valentine's dinner (menu below) by Master Chef Steven de Bruyn, in the hotel's signature restaurant Rein, is complete with a glass of champagne and a red rose for the couple. Reservations are necessary for Friday and Saturday, February 12 and 13.

Valentine’s Day Dinner, a prix fixe dinner, is $95 per person plus tax and gratuity. Master Chef Steven de Bruyn’s extraordinary Valentine’s dinner (menu below), in the hotel’s signature restaurant Rein, includes a bottle of Paul Goerg Champagne, a box of hand-made chocolate trufles, a rose for each couple, and, a strolling violinist for romantic serenades. Reservations are necessary for Monday, February 14.

Valentine’s Weekend Sunday Brunch, $69 per person plus tax and gratuity, is a dazzling array of sumptuous culinary offerings in the hotel’s signature restaurant Rein. The celebrated brunch menu includes specialties from Master Chef Steven De Bruyn in a myriad of hot and cold entrées. Among the top-rated selections are a seafood extravaganza with whole lobster, snow crab claws and jumbo shrimp and an artful display of smoked salmon and whitefish. There is a live-action sushi station, a dedicated dim sum station and a carving station featuring roast prime rib on the bone. The are prepared-toorder gourmet pastas and sauces plus made-to-order omelets, Belgian waffles and French toast. Artful culinary presentation extends to sophisticated dessert displays. To compliment the brunch experience are unlimited brunch-beverage favorites including Bloody Mary, Screwdriver and Mimosa cocktails.
