property for meeting professionals, has partnered with American Express to offer planners a choice of
either a three-percent savings off their total hotel bill or a complimentary room for every 15 rooms.
This special offer is only valid for meetings or events that are entirely purchased with an American Express Card,
booked by December 31, 2005 and are scheduled to be held by July 31, 2006.
To receive this offer, card-members must mention the following offer code, respectively at time of booking.
- AXPME1 for Three-percent off total master bill
- OR
- AXPME2 for one free room for every 15 rooms paid
The special offer is subject to availability of function space and guestrooms at
the time of booking, and should be included in the written sales agreement. Also,
it should not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or previously booked events.
The dollar value of this incentive will be calculated and deducted from the total master bill
prior to final payment processing in accordance with the written sales contract. This offer is
not applicable to taxes or gratuities.
