premier hotel, is now offering private cooking demonstrations, a tasteful, entertaining
option for small meetings of approximately thirty participants. The multi-course cooking
demonstrations are administered by the hotel's Executive Chef Steven DeBruyn, allowing
attendees to observe the preparation of each dish, have the opportunity for group discussion
on food and wine, gain professional insight on tips and short-cuts, and receive a copy of
the recipes for their personal recipe collections.

Cooking Demonstrations are approximately one to two hours in length can be customized
to any event theme or culinary flair, reflecting the planner's overall vision and budget,
and can even be tailored to include a dessert course. Demonstration offerings by Chef
