THE GARDEN CITY HOTEL'S POLO RESTAURANT BESTOWED
INTERNATIONAL STAR DIAMOND AWARD
GARDEN CITY, Long Island, NY (June 22, 2004) - The Garden City Hotel's Polo Restaurant,
one of Long Island's finest gourmet venues ,
has been granted the prestigious International Star Diamond Award by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences,
an international award program which honors establishments for excellence in the global travel and luxury services
sector. The decisions of the Academy are made by its Board of Trustees, a select group of internationally-celebrated
leaders in the industry who base all choices upon a rigid set of exceptionally high standards.

Under the direction of classically-trained Executive Chef Steven DeBruyn, the Polo Restaurant features contemporary American
cuisine, desserts, and fine wines in an opulent and sophisticated atmosphere. "There is nothing more rewarding than gaining
