"First time at this hotel and stayed two nights. Was told by friend it was 5 Star at reasonable rates. It easily met that rating. The staff is totally attentive, friendly and helpful at every level from car arrival, check in and restaurant. Every small detail is covered. Lobby is warm and inviting. Restaurant food and service is highest level I have experienced compared to the Marriot/Hilton levels where I usually stay on business trips."

"Every time I walked by the hotel front door they asked me what they could do to make my stay better. They provided us with bicycles and while we were out riding, they filled my cooler with ice. When we checked in I asked how difficult it would be to access my car for items that had been left in it. The response was to move a traffic barrier and park my car right next to the front door to make it easy for us. This attitude continued with the bar and restaurant staff who would provide samples of drinks we were unfamiliar with so we could taste before ordering. Even the piano player cruised the room asking patrons for requests. Nice place."

The staff and management bent over backward to insure a pleasant stay. In a short review, one can't even describe the spectacular Sunday Brunch. This hotel doesn't rest on its laurels but tries successfully to make each stay a success and each guest feel welcome. Well done!"
