Food & Beverage
Polo Cocktail Server
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, take orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and small plates to guests, courteously and efficiently according to Hotel specifications. Assist in the maintenance of the outlet area and equipment. You must have fine dining restaurant experience and full knowledge of liquors and wines.
Banquet Server (Part Time)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: set up assigned tables, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to Hotel specifications and group requirements, courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas and equipment. Applicants should have good people skills and a pleasant personality. Must have prior Server experience in catering and or fine dining establishment. Our servers earn base pay plus lucrative gratuities.
Convention Services Houseman
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, set up designated function rooms to group's requirements in accordance with Hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and working condition of all respective equipment, guest and service areas. Flexibility with scheduling is required. This is a guest contact position; you must have excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes. Visually inspect, select, and utilize only food items of the highest quality in the preparation of menu items. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive and Sous Chefs. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, wash and sanitize pots, pans and other Kitchen utensils/equipment according to Hotel specifications and standards. Clean and maintain equipment in Pot washing/Dish washing/Kitchen/Cafeteria/Compactor/Storage areas. Assist in washing wares by operating the dishwashing machine. Complete other special cleaning projects as assigned. Prior dishwashing experience in restaurant/hotel or cleaning in a commercial environment will be a plus.
Housekeeping Room Attendant
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Complete other cleaning projects as assigned.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, clean and maintain all corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. Provide linen & glass supplies for Room Attendants and stock floor closets. Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and Floor Supervisor. Complete other cleaning projects as assigned by Executive Housekeeper. Flexibility with scheduling is required.
This position is responsible for processing all soiled hotel bed linens, terry and food and beverage table linens by operating all laundry/dry cleaning machinery according to hotel standards; clean, press and finish staff and guest garments. Also responsible for handling guest laundry requests, transporting guest laundry to laundry room and returning cleaned laundry to guest room.
Reservations Sales Agent
Reservations Sales Agents play a leading role in generating revenue for the hotel. They field inquiries for transient reservations and must convert as many of these calls as possible into confirmed reservations. After quoting rates appropriate to specific requests, they must obtain agreement from the caller and confirm a reservation. They must be able to follow sell strategy as determined by revenue management; listen and communicate effectively with a wide range of callers; close the sale; and input detailed information into the property management system (Opera), accurately and efficiently. The position is also responsible for providing overall reservations support for the hotel. They are responsible for handling group blocks and inputting rooming lists, selling gift certificates, processing travel agent commissions, and proper coding of market segments and corporate accounts. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in the travel agency or hotel industry.
Guest Service Agent
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors; provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information; provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls that transpire through PBX. Also play an integral part in assisting with emergencies, (fire, medical, power/system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance. This is a full time position that requires flexibility with scheduling. Hotel experience preferred.
Guest Service Dispatcher / ‘ONE’ Desk Attendant
Provide administrative and guest service support for In Room Dining, Housekeeping and Engineering. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, computer input, filing, tracing, answering telephones, printing reports, maintain departmental records/logs for guest service requests, take and input guests' Room Service orders; ensure receipt of orders by Servers and settle checks in the P.O.S. system according to Hotel specifications, process payment of guest checks in accordance with Accounting requirements and maintain accountability for all financial transactions. Also, provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls that transpire through PBX. Applicant must have excellent communication skills, well- spoken have a clear and friendly phone voice, be detail oriented, be able to multitask in an extremely fast paced environment. Previous hotel or food and beverage experience is a definite plus. Working experience of Micros and HotSos is highly desired but will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, repair, maintenance, upkeep and replacement of the property's cosmetic materials (interior/exterior painting, patching of woodwork and furniture refinishing), in accordance with hotel standards. Will also assist in other areas of Engineering as assigned. This position requires standing/moving/lifting heavy objects during the entire shift. This is a guest contact position; excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. You must be flexible with scheduling.
Corporate Group Sales Manager
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, successfully penetrate the corporate market segment with creative and productive solutions in selling and servicing accounts, in accordance with hotel standards. This position will be responsible for signing and driving production of Corporate accounts and corresponding Groups.
