Food & Beverage
Food and Beverage Manager
The ideal candidate will have fine dining, upscale restaurant experience. You will have experience in restaurant operations, personnel management, and employee training and development. You must be a dedicated hands-on trainer, who strives for and demands excellence, able to guide and teach staff to be fully knowledgeable of menus, sales and service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables. Ensure proper payments are received for all orders. Assist in the maintenance of the Restaurant area and equipment. Prior experience as a Server is required, preferably in a fine dining restaurant. Excellent interpersonal skills are flexibility with scheduling is required. Must be able to work early AM and PM shifts.
In Room Dining Server – Overnight Shift
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms; maintain complete knowledge of all menu items; ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system; assist in the maintenance of the Room Service area and equipment. Experience in Hotel Room Service or Fine Dining restaurant required. You must have excellent guest relations, communication and interpersonal skills.
Banquet Server - Part Time
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: set up assigned tables, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to Hotel specifications and group requirements, courteously and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas and equipment. Applicants should have good people skills and a pleasant personality. Must have prior Server experience in catering and or fine dining establishment. Our servers earn base pay plus lucrative gratuities.
Convention Services Houseman
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, set up designated function rooms to group's requirements in accordance with Hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness and working condition of all respective equipment, guest and service areas. This position requires moving and lifting of heavy equipment, some in excess of 100 lbs. Flexibility with scheduling is required. This is a guest contact position; you must have excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience preferred.
Polo Restaurant Hostess/Host
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, ensuring Hotel standards of service. Assist in preparing the Restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the room at all times. Take reservations and maintain reservation book, assist in monitoring the guests’ needs. Experience with 'Open Table' preferred but not required. Computer skills are required. Experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: receive and document all goods and materials ordered by the Purchasing Agent, refuse and document items not on the original P.O., damaged items or items that have passed their expiry date. Responsible for the efficient operation of the Hotel Storerooms. Receive, store and issue the Storeroom’s inventory ensuring that all requisitions are accurate and complete.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: prepare all pastry items in accordance with the hotel quality standards and specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of all food related work areas and equipment. Must be able to read and follow menus and recipes. Flexibility with scheduling is a must. Formal culinary training required.
Front Desk Supervisor
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervision of all aspects of the Front Desk functions, in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. Oversees the check-in/check-out process and ensures that staff follow all proper guest payment and cash handling procedures. This is a full time position that requires flexibility with scheduling; 2 Overnight shifts are included in this schedule. Hotel experience preferred.
Guest Service Agent
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors; provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information; provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all incoming calls and assistance for outgoing calls that transpire through PBX. Also play an integral part in assisting with emergencies, (fire, medical, power/system failure) by contacting the designated personnel for immediate assistance. This is a full time position that requires flexibility with scheduling. Hotel experience preferred.
Housekeeping Room Attendant (Full Time AM, and Part-Time PM shifts available)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Complete other cleaning projects as assigned.
Housekeeping Houseman (Overnight Shifts also available)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, clean and maintain all corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. Provide linen & glass supplies for Room Attendants and stock floor closets. Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and Floor Supervisor. Complete other cleaning projects as assigned by Executive Housekeeper. Flexibility with scheduling is required.
Valet Parking Attendant – Part Time
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, drive, park and retrieve guest/visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel, courteously, safely and efficiently according to the hotel's standards. Working conditions include, but are not limited to, being exposed to all weather conditions and standing for extended periods of time. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and must have experience driving manual and automatic transmissions. You must have prior customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility with scheduling is required. Schedule includes weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
