Food and Beverage Division 

Garde Manger Cook with Sushi Experience

We are seeking an experienced Garde Manger Cook with Sushi Experience. Responsibilities include plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of cold food production to include, but not limited to cold menu items, cold line specials, display presentations of cheeses, fruits, salads, dressings, compotes, vegetables, sandwiches, deserts and making sushi items in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. We will only consider applicants with Sushi experience. All interested applicants MUST submit a resume.

Banquet Server - Part Time

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: food and beverage serving experience should include banquet or fine dining restaurant. Candidates should have good people skills and a pleasant personality. We are looking for experienced highly motivated individuals.

Banquet Houseman – Part Time

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to set up designated function rooms to group's requirements in accordance with Hotel standards, maintain cleanliness and working condition of all respective equipment, guest and service areas. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and must be flexible with scheduling. This is a Part Time position. THIS POSITION REQUIRES CONSTANT MOVING AND LIFTING OF HEAVY OBJECTS (OVER 75 POUNDS).

Culinary Positions

We are currently accepting resumes for the following Culinary positions:  Banquet Cook, Garde Manger Cook, Main Kitchen Cook.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.  Sous Chef candidates must have proven managerial experience.  Banquet Cook candidates must have high volume Banquet experience.  Flexibility with scheduling is required.

Pastry Cook / Cake Decorator

The ideal candidate must be well versed in production and presentation for all products served from a full service bakery, including confections, bread, cakes, frostings, mousse, ice cream, sorbet and more.  Must be organized and detail oriented.  Must be able to produce, design and decorate from start to finish all cakes produced in house for weddings and other affairs.  Experience will rolled fondant, gum paste, pastillage and 3D carved cakes a plus.

Overnight Stewarding Supervisor

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Stewarding staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the Hotel standards; assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guest; deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and designated areas after service hours of operation in accordance with Hotel standards; complete washing of dishes, pots, pans or other equipment used in the Kitchen, Restaurants or Room Service.

Overnight Steward

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and designated areas after service hours of operation in accordance with Hotel standards; complete washing of dishes, pots, pans or other equipment used in the Kitchen, Restaurants or Room Service.

Restaurant Hostess/Host

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, ensuring Hotel standards of service.  Assist in preparing the Restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the room at all times.  Take reservations and maintain reservation book, assist in monitoring the guests' needs.  Only candidates with fine dining restaurant experience will be considered.


Rooms Division

Housekeeping Room Attendant

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.  Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.  Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.  Work environment includes working with chemicals, dust and smoking rooms.  Must have prior high volume cleaning experience and must be flexible with scheduling.

 

Engineering

Painter

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, repair, maintenance, upkeep and replacement of the property's cosmetic materials (interior/exterior painting, patching of woodwork and furniture refinishing), in accordance with Hotel standards.  In addition to professional painting experience, you must have experience with wallpaper, spackling and some tile work.  This position will also assist in other areas of Engineering as assigned.  The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; however, some flexibility with scheduling is required as needed.
