Rooms Division
Guest Service Agent – This full time position (40 hours a week) assists the guest with checking in and out of the hotel. Computer knowledge and skills a must, pleasant personality and people skills required. This position requires the ability to work weekends and evenings. Previous hotel experience is preferred, but not required.
Health Spa Attendant –.Candidate must be lifeguard certified and have previous experience in a health club facility.
Room Attendant – This full time position is responsible for cleaning the hotel guestrooms. Candidates must speak fluent English, and have the ability to work weekdays and weekends. AM and PM shifts are available.
Concierge – This position assists the guest with restaurant reservations, transportation, and area information. Candidates must have previous customer service experience and knowledge of Opera a plus
Food and Beverage Division
Fine Dining Wait staff – This full time position works in our fine dining restaurant. Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in fine dining, knowledge of French service and Wines.
Banquet Wait staff (Part-Time) – The Banquet Department is looking for experienced highly motivated individuals. Experience should include banquet or fine dining. Candidates should have good people skills and a pleasant personality.
Steward – This position is responsible for the dishwashing, and general cleaning of the kitchen areas of the hotel. Candidates must speak fluent English, and have the ability to work the evenings and weekends. Part-time and Full-time positions are available.
Culinary Positions – The following positions are available in the culinary areas of the hotel. Line Cook, Cake Decorator, Pastry Cook, Room Service Cook, Asst. Sushi Chef, Butcher. All positions require knife skills, previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment and a culinary degree. Must speak fluent English and have the ability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
